Talk Title: Using SHAKER to simulate fMRI Data
Abstract: SHAKER is a GUI-based fMRI simulation tool based on the MATLAB programming language that can be used to generate k-space data and reconstruct images. This tool allows users to change relevant MR parameters, implement custom scan trajectories and reconstruction methods, as well as conduct some statistical analyses on the simulated data. In this talk you will learn about the controls and inputs of SHAKER, how to work with the outputted data, and future directions of the project.
